Terms and Conditions of the “Suitcases – 50% off the second, cheaper item with a discount code” promotion

1. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the WINGS brand, a special promotion on suitcases is being organized. The promotion aims to celebrate the brand’s anniversary and enable customers to purchase selected products on exceptionally favorable price terms.

2. The promotion applies to full-price suitcases available in the online stores WINGS24.PL and wingsbrand.com.

3. The promotion is valid from 01.09.2026 at 13:00 until 30.09.2026 at 23:59.

4. To take advantage of the promotion, enter the discount code: LUG50 in the appropriate field in the cart when placing your order.

5. After the valid code is entered, the price of the cheaper promotional product will be automatically reduced by 50%.

6. The discount applies exclusively to products marked with information indicating that a discount code is available for the product.

7. The discount code may be used only for online purchases in the online stores wings24.pl and wingsbrand.com.

8. If two products of the same size and color are purchased as part of the promotion and one or both items are subsequently returned, the Customer is entitled to a refund equal to the price of one item after the promotional discount has been applied. This amount will be refunded regardless of which of the two purchased items is physically returned.

9. If the discount code is entered incorrectly, the discount will not be applied—the customer is responsible for checking that the code is correct before finalizing the purchase.

10. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion early or change its terms, of which it will inform customers on the store’s website.

12. Products purchased as part of the Promotion are subject to exchange or return in accordance with the Store Terms and Conditions of wings24.pl, available on the Website.

13. Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the applicable provisions of law and the Terms and Conditions of the online store wings24.pl, available at https://wings24.pl/pages/regulamin.

14. Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this promotion shall be settled by a court of general jurisdiction in accordance with the rules of general jurisdiction.
