Terms and Conditions of the “WINGS Packing Challenge” Anniversary Promotional Campaign

The Promotion is a dexterity challenge with score thresholds. The maximum score is 1230 points. The type of benefit depends solely on the score achieved: from 1150 points – 63% reduction, 900–1149 points – 40% discount, 0–899 points – 30% discount. Discount codes are valid for 24 hours, for 1 product, with an order of at least 63 zł or the equivalent, from the “All products” collection.

§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions,” set out the rules for participation in the anniversary promotional campaign entitled “WINGS Packing Challenge” (a promotion celebrating the 10th anniversary of the WINGS brand), hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion.”
The Organizer of the promotion is WINGS SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at Żółtki Kolonia 38A, entered in the National Court Register, holding tax identification number NIP: 5423261087, email address: office@wingsbrand.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
The promotion is conducted through a promotional application made available in the Organizer’s online store, including wings24.pl, including in the form of a popup embedded in that store.
The application is available in multiple language versions. In the event of discrepancies between translations of the content presented in the application and the Polish version of the Terms and Conditions, the Polish version of the Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
The promotion runs from 06.08.2026 to 30.09.2026, subject to the availability of promotional benefits under the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions.
The promotion is a dexterity challenge involving packing the indicated items into a virtual suitcase within a limited time. The participant’s result depends on their actions, in particular their reflexes, precision, and effectiveness in completing the task.
The type of promotional benefit depends solely on the score achieved. Within a given score threshold, the participant may be presented with a selection of products covered by the benefit, from which the participant independently chooses one product.
Each score corresponds to a predetermined promotional benefit threshold in accordance with § 5 of the Rules. The IT system may not arbitrarily change the threshold assigned to the score obtained.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge. Participation does not require the prior purchase of a product or service.
The Promotion is not a promotional lottery, raffle, game of chance, mutual betting arrangement, or gaming machine game within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on Gambling.
The Organizer does not guarantee that merely using a specific name, graphic design, or wording determines the legal classification of the Promotion. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with the actual skill-based mechanism described in the Rules.

§ 2. Participants

A participant in the Promotion may be a natural person who has read the Rules and accepted their contents.
Employees of the Organizer, persons directly involved in preparing or technically operating the Promotion, and members of their immediate families may not participate in the Promotion.
Immediate family members means a spouse, ascendants, descendants, siblings, adopted persons, and persons living in the same household.
Each participant may receive only one promotional benefit under the Promotion.
One person may not participate in the Promotion using multiple email addresses, automated tools, false data, or data belonging to other people.

§ 3. Technical requirements

Participation in the Promotion requires: a) a device with Internet access, b) an up-to-date version of an Internet browser supporting JavaScript, c) an active email address, d) enabled support for the necessary cookies or browser storage used to maintain the session.
The participant bears the standard costs of Internet use arising from the agreement concluded with their operator.
The Organizer is not responsible for technical problems resulting from the participant’s device, software, Internet connection, or browser settings, unless they were caused by the Organizer.
The application may adjust animation smoothness to the device’s performance. Adjusting the graphics or the number of animation frames must not affect how points are calculated.

§ 4. Rules of the skill-based task

After launching the application, the participant may begin the skill-based task by pressing the “Start” button or a button with equivalent meaning.
The task involves packing 7 items indicated on the packing list into a virtual suitcase by dragging them or clicking them, within the time specified in the application. Items appear one after another, and the list indicates which ones should be packed. In addition to the required items, distractions may appear on the tray; packing them lowers the score.
Before the task begins, the application presents its basic rules, the time available, and the scoring method.
Points are awarded based on transparent criteria that are the same for all participants, in particular for: a) packing the correct items, b) avoiding packing incorrect items, c) completing the task quickly, d) closing the suitcase before time runs out, and e) completing the set of required items.
The detailed scoring algorithm was documented by the Organizer before the Promotion began and may not be changed during an ongoing participant session.
The score is not determined randomly. The scoring mechanism does not use: a) a random number generator, b) a random multiplier, c) a random bonus or penalty, d) random assignment of the result, or e) automatic adjustment of the result depending on the number of available benefits.
After the task is completed, the application displays the score and the promotional benefit corresponding to the achieved point threshold, and, in the case of a product pool, the option to select one product from the presented pool.
The result is recorded on the server side and cannot be changed by refreshing the page, restarting the application, or manipulating data sent by the browser.
If, for technical reasons beyond the participant’s control, the task is interrupted before the result is recorded, the Organizer may allow it to be started again.
If the result has been correctly recorded, restarting or refreshing the application does not entitle the participant to make another attempt.

§ 5. Point thresholds and promotional benefits

The participant receives one promotional benefit assigned to the achieved point threshold.
The task scoring is fixed and identical for all participants: a) packing the correct item from the packing list = +100 points, b) packing an incorrect item (a distractor) = −50 points, c) completing the set of 7 required items = +300 points, d) closing the suitcase before time runs out = +200 points, e) each second of remaining time = +1 point. The maximum possible score is 1,230 points. The scoring rules are presented in the application before the task begins.
The thresholds are identical for all participants and are not changed during the Promotion in a way that affects individuals who have already started participating. The current point thresholds are: a) 1,150 points or more – a great 99% birthday discount on a specified product, b) 900 to 1,149 points – a 40% discount on a specified product, c) 0 to 899 points – a 30% discount on a specified product.
As part of the Promotion, the following promotional benefits are provided: a) a 30% discount on a specified product, b) a 40% discount on a specified product, c) a great 99% birthday discount on a specified product.
If more than one product is assigned to a given threshold, the application presents the participant with a pool of products covered by that threshold, and the participant selects one of them. Selecting a product from the pool does not change the amount of the awarded discount.
The Organizer does not select participants at its own discretion. Every participant who properly completes the task and reaches the relevant threshold is entitled to the benefit assigned to them.
Discount codes: a) cannot be exchanged for money, b) cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions unless the Organizer expressly indicates otherwise, c) do not cover delivery costs or gift cards, d) are single-use and may be used by only one customer, e) are valid for 24 hours from the time they are generated unless a different period is specified in the message containing the code.
The discount applies exclusively to 1 unit of the specified product in the order. Purchasing a larger number of units of the same product does not extend the discount to the remaining units.
To use the code, an order must be placed for products from the “All products” collection with a value of at least 63.00 PLN. In stores operating in other currencies, the applicable threshold is the equivalent of this amount, indicated in the application and in the message containing the code. Once the order condition is met, the participant receives 1 unit of the selected product covered by the benefit, with a discount corresponding to the points threshold. Codes are not assigned to a specific customer account in the store—they entitle any person who enters them during checkout to use the benefit.
The Organizer ensures that the awarded benefit can be used during its validity period. If the product covered by a specific benefit becomes permanently unavailable, the Organizer will offer the participant a substitute benefit of no lower value than the originally awarded benefit or another solution agreed with the participant.

§ 6. Code Redemption

After the result is displayed, the participant may request that the code be sent by: a) providing an email address, b) accepting the Terms and Conditions and the information concerning data processing, c) checking the marketing consent box to receive information about promotions, referred to in § 9 of the Terms and Conditions. Verification of the address using an OTP code or activation link is not required.
Providing the marketing consent referred to in § 6 point 1(c) is a condition for receiving the discount code. If the consent box is not checked, the reward redemption button remains inactive, and the Organizer will neither provide the code nor send a message containing the code.
Checking the marketing consent box simultaneously adds the participant’s email address to the subscriber list for information about the Organizer’s promotions, maintained through an external marketing automation platform. This subscription is carried out only to the extent necessary to implement the consent.
Providing an email address does not affect the type of benefit. The benefit results solely from the previously recorded score.
The discount code is presented to the participant directly on the application screen, while the Organizer simultaneously sends a message to the provided address containing: a) the name of the benefit, b) the individual discount code, c) its validity period, d) the terms of use, e) a link to the relevant product or collection.
The code will be sent immediately after the email address is provided. A participant who provides an email address declares that they are authorized to use that address.
If a participant uses an address to which a benefit has already been assigned in the same Campaign, the Organizer will not grant another benefit. It may resend the previously generated code if it remains valid.
Resending the message does not create a new benefit or a new validity period.
The participant should check the SPAM, Offers, or other automatically generated folders in their inbox.
The participant is responsible for providing a correct address. The Organizer may allow an obvious error to be corrected before the code is used, after appropriately verifying the participant.

§ 7. Restrictions and Prevention of Abuse

The following are prohibited: a) using bots, scripts, emulators, or automation tools, b) modifying the application code or communication with the server, c) circumventing the limit of one benefit per person, d) providing another person’s or false information, e) disrupting the operation of the application, f) repeatedly creating accounts or sessions in order to obtain additional benefits.
The Organizer may refuse to issue or block an unused code if it has documented grounds for determining that the Rules have been materially breached.
Before making a decision, the Organizer should, where possible, allow the participant to provide an explanation.
The mere fact that several people use the same IP address does not constitute sufficient grounds for refusing to grant a benefit.
The Organizer may process technical session identifiers, cryptographic hashes of email addresses, device and IP address information, and browser information to the extent necessary to ensure the security of the Campaign.

§ 8. Complaints

Complaints concerning the Campaign may be submitted: a) by email to: office@wingsbrand.com, or b) in writing to the Organizer’s registered office address.
A complaint should include: a) the participant’s first and last name, b) the email address used in the Campaign, c) a description of the problem, d) the participant’s request, e) where possible, the session identifier or a screenshot.
A complaint may be submitted during the Campaign and for 30 days after its conclusion. This period does not limit the consumer’s rights under mandatory applicable laws.
The Organizer reviews a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and sends a response to the address provided by the participant.
If processing a complaint requires additional information, the Organizer may ask the participant to provide the information necessary to review it.
The complaint procedure does not exclude the participant’s right to pursue claims before the competent court or to use available out-of-court methods for resolving consumer disputes.

§ 9. Personal Data

The data controller for participants’ personal data is the Organizer indicated in § 1(2).

The Organizer may process, in particular: a) email address, b) result and session identifier, c) information about the benefit awarded, d) data concerning the use of the code, e) technical and security data, f) data provided in a complaint, g) information about marketing consent given or withdrawn, together with the date on which it was recorded.
Recipients of the data may include entities providing the Organizer with hosting, IT, email, security, analytics, online store operation, and consulting services, to the extent necessary to provide those services. § 10. Intellectual Property Rights

The application, graphics, animations, trademarks, texts, and other materials used in the Campaign are protected by law.
Participation in the Campaign does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the participant.
The participant may not copy, decompile, distribute, or use the application commercially beyond the scope permitted by mandatory provisions of law.

§ 11. Organizer’s Liability

§ 12. Amendments to the Regulations and Termination of the Campaign

The Organizer may amend the Regulations only for important reasons, such as: a) a change in the law, b) a decision or recommendation of the competent authority, c) the need to correct an error, d) a security threat, or e) a technical change that does not adversely affect the participants’ acquired rights.
A change may not deprive a participant of rights arising from a result properly recorded before the change takes effect.
The Organizer will inform about any material change on the Campaign website sufficiently in advance, unless an immediate change is necessary for legal or safety reasons.
The Organizer may end or suspend the Campaign early for an important reason, while retaining the obligation to fulfill rights properly acquired before the end or suspension.

§ 13. Final Provisions
