A combination lock with TSA functionality allows customs officials to quickly open and close your luggage without damaging it, thanks to the use of a special key. Only customs officials have this key, which is why it is not included with the suitcases. A TSA lock is required when traveling to the U.S., Canada, Japan, or Australia.

PC is more flexible and resistant to cracking under pressure than ABS, which is cheaper but may be more prone to cracking.

The lifetime warranty covers only the suitcase body, i.e., its hard shell. This means that in the event of material or manufacturing defects affecting the body, we will repair or replace it in accordance with the warranty terms.
Other components, such as wheels, handles, locks, and telescopic mechanisms, are covered by a standard 2-year warranty.
