- §1 INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions set forth the general terms and conditions for the issuance, rules, and manner of use of Vouchers.
- §2 DEFINITIONS
Voucher - A bearer voucher sold in the Online Store, entitling the Holder to make payments for products offered in the Online Store https://wingsbrand.com/ ;
Buyer - an individual purchasing a voucher on the Wings website
Owner - the person redeeming the voucher.
Terms and Conditions - refers to these Terms and Conditions.
Online store wingsbrand.com— an online store owned by Wings sp. z o.o. operating at: wingsbrand.com
Activation date - the date on which the Buyer pays the purchase price of the Voucher (i.e., the date of purchase).
Products - a product offered for sale in the Online Store that can be purchased using a Voucher.
Publisher - meaning Wings Sp. z o.o., Żółtki-Kolonia 38a, 16070 Choroszcz, Tax ID: 5423261087, REGON: 365451702, registered by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Division of the National Court Register (KRS) 0000928386.
- §3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Issuer agrees to provide the Purchaser with a Voucher and to accept payments made using the Voucher for Goods purchased by the Holder.
The Buyer agrees to pay the Publisher an amount equal to the value of the purchased Voucher.The Buyer may purchase a Voucher for the following amounts: 50 PLN, 100 PLN, 150 PLN, 200 PLN, 250 PLN, 300 PLN, 400 PLN, 500 PLN, which will be recorded in the Publisher’s system on the respective Voucher. Payment for the Voucher may be made via electronic payment. It is not possible to pay for a Voucher with another Voucher. The value of the Voucher is indicated on the Voucher by entering this value on the issued Voucher.
You cannot add additional funds to the gift card.
The voucher may only be used to purchase merchandise in the Wings24.pl online store
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part, and cannot be returned to the Issuer.
The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of activation.
Failure to use the Voucher within the time period specified in the Voucher document shall result in the Voucher becoming invalid and shall not entitle the Holder or Purchaser to make any claims against the Issuer in this regard.
After the voucher’s expiration date, any unused funds on the voucher will be accounted for in accordance with applicable regulations.
The issuance of a Voucher does not constitute a sale subject to value-added tax (VAT) under applicable tax laws. A VAT-taxable sales document is issued at the time of purchase of the goods and payment for them using the Voucher.
The provisions of the Act of August 19, 2011, on payment services do not apply to vouchers.
- §4 REDEMPTION OF THE VOUCHER
The Voucher holder may use the amount indicated on the Voucher for goods available in the WINGS.pl online store
Each voucher is equipped with a unique identification code registered in the Issuer’s system.
A voucher is a percentage-based discount.
Example: W redeem a 50 PLN voucher, a discount of 49.99 PLN may be applied to your order. A handling fee of up to 0.03 PLN may apply.
Since purchases for 0.00 PLN are not available in our store, a handling fee of up to 0.03 PLN may be charged.
Payment with a Voucher may be made once within the time period specified in Section I.6. Any amount exceeding the Voucher’s value may be paid using other available payment methods (e.g., electronic payment, cash).
The order amount must not be less than the value of the Voucher. W the full value of the Voucher is not used within the period specified in section I.6, the Issuer will not refund the difference.
The voucher is issued to the bearer.
Vouchers can be combined with other promotional offers within a single order.
Vouchers cannot be combined with other discount coupons.
- §5 COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
When returning goods purchased in the online store using a voucher, the holder will receive a refund for the value of the voucher used in the form of a voucher, and any costs paid by bank transfer will also be refunded via bank transfer.
Returns can only be made through the online store where the items were purchased.
Returns can only be made by the person who purchased the item within 30 business days.
Products purchased using a voucher are not eligible for returns.
- §6 FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions take effect on December 19, 2023.
Both the Voucher Purchaser and the Voucher Holder declare that they have read these Terms and Conditions, accept them in their entirety, and agree to comply with their provisions.
The purchase of a Voucher constitutes confirmation that both the Voucher Purchaser and the Voucher Holder accept the terms and conditions set forth in these regulations.
The Exhibitor reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or technological advancements, provided that such changes do not affect the rights of holders of vouchers already issued.
The changes referred to above take effect 7 (seven) days after the Terms and Conditions are posted on wingsbrand.com.
