How to return products to the Wings24.pl store

 

Submitting a complaint

To submit a complaint, follow the steps below:

  1. Complaint form
    Fill out the complaint form and include it with the shipment. The document should contain the following information: full name, email address or correspondence address, phone number, product number and reason for the complaint, purchase date, and defect occurrence date.

    2. Product return shipment
    When submitting a claim, please send the product (SECURED IN A CARTON) along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

    3. Shipping
    The claimed product should be sent to the address:

Product return

According to applicable law, you have 30 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the required statement and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):

Include with the statement and the returned product(s) all accessories received with it/them as well as receipt or invoice.
