Ročna prtljaga

Flying with budget airlines is a great way to explore the world without breaking the bank. It’s worth knowing which suitcases to choose when traveling with the popular Ryanair to stay within baggage limits and avoid unnecessary fees. At WINGS, you’ll find suitcases in the right sizes—both for carry-on and checked luggage.

What are Ryanair’s luggage dimensions? 40×30×20 cm

Free carry-on luggage on Ryanair must not exceed 40×30×20 cm and must fit under the seat. This is the perfect size for a small Wings carry-on bag or backpack. If you want to bring a larger suitcase (up to 55×40×20 cm), choose the Priority & 2 Cabin Bags option. This allows you to travel comfortably with a lightweight and spacious WINGS cabin suitcase that meets Ryanair’s requirements.

Ryanair carry-on luggage – recommended models

For travelers flying with Ryanair, we recommend Wings carry-on suitcases in sizes 40×30×20 cm (free baggage) and 55×40×20 cm (for the Priority option) – data as of April 2026. Models such as the Wings PEAFOWL, Wings CRAKE, and Wings SWAN combine lightness, durability, and elegant design, while perfectly fitting within the dimensions required by the airline. All are made of durable ABS or polycarbonate and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Ryanair Suitcases and Bags – Practical Packing Tips

When traveling with Ryanair, remember that the free carry-on bag has dimensions of 40×30×20 cm—it fits under the seat. Choose a lightweight Wings bag or suitcase to make the most of the available space. Pack the heaviest items at the bottom and small items in the side pockets. Rolling your clothes instead of folding them will save space. If you have the Priority option, you can bring an additional suitcase measuring 55×40×20 cm—perfect for the Wings CRAKE or HARRIER FCO models.
