LOT hand baggage – what are the limits and rules?

Depending on the destination and booking class, LOT hand baggage may include:

- 1 suitcase measuring 55 × 40 × 23 cm and weighing up to 8 kg – in Economy and Premium Economy (Europe, Middle East),

- 2 pieces of 9 kg each – in Business class,

- An additional personal item: a handbag, small backpack or laptop bag with maximum dimensions of 40 × 35 × 12 cm and a weight of up to 2 kg.

A cabin suitcase must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you. Exceeding the size or weight limit means your bag must be checked into the hold for an additional fee.
