An ABS suitcase is a hard-shell piece of luggage made from the plastic acrylonitrile butadiene styrene. ABS is lightweight, relatively rigid and resistant to everyday damage, which is why it is often used in the production of cabin and checked suitcases.

ABS suitcases stand out for their great value for money, low weight and good scratch resistance. They are a practical choice for anyone looking for a durable suitcase for holidays, city breaks or occasional air travel.

Yes, an ABS suitcase is durable enough for standard use and protects its contents well against mechanical damage. It works well as both cabin and checked luggage if you travel with moderate frequency.

An ABS suitcase is suitable for regular trips, but for very intensive use, polycarbonate or polypropylene may be a better choice. ABS is a solid option for people who travel a few times a year.

Polycarbonate is more flexible and more crack-resistant than ABS, which is why it is considered a higher-grade material. ABS suitcases, on the other hand, are more affordable and still provide good protection for your luggage, making them a popular choice among travelers.
