Wizz Air cabin baggage dimensions and weight

On Wizz Air flights, the free carry-on bag can have maximum dimensions of 40×30×20 cm and must fit under the seat in front of you. If you purchase the Wizz Priority option, you can also take an additional cabin suitcase measuring 55×40×23 cm and weighing up to 10 kg (data as of April 2026). Lightweight Wings suitcases made of durable ABS or polycarbonate are the best choice, as they meet the carrier's requirements and ensure a comfortable journey.

How to pack your Wizz Air carry-on bag? Tips

When packing your carry-on bag for Wizz Air, start by choosing a lightweight Wings bag or suitcase measuring 40×30×20 cm, in line with the airline's requirements. Roll your clothes instead of folding them to save space. Place the heaviest items at the bottom, and small accessories at the sides or in the side pockets. Carry liquids in bottles of up to 100 ml in a transparent bag. If you have the Wizz Priority option, choose a larger model of up to 55×40×20 cm – e.g. Wings COOT or Wings SWAN.
